Town located in the province of Saragosse, more exactly in the region of Tarazona and Moncayo, in the confluence of rio Queiles and Val. The Fayos is to 2 Kms. of Torrellas, to 6 of Tarazona by highway CV-639 and to 86 of Saragosse. It has a surface of 3.9 Km2 and altitude of 569 ms. Los Fayos belongs to the Diocese of Tarazona. Situation: to NW. of Saragosse by A-68 freeway, with deflection in the direction of Borja to highway N-122, and new deflection to SW. of Tarazona, of which dista 5 km to local highway.
Celebrations: Celebrations of San Benito (Pattern of Los Fayos - Joys to San Benito) the 21 of March and the 11 of July (Supervisory Celebrations) and Santa Barbara the third Sunday of August.
Origin: It could be in an old benedictine monastery where it lived San Atilano, its head remained in the town during several years, now is in Tarazona.

LAW 14/2001 * the 2 of July of 2001 is created the region of Tarazona and Moncayo is composed by the municipalities of: Alcala de Moncayo, Añón de Moncayo, El Buste, Los Fayos, Grisel, Litago, Lituénigo, Malón, Novallas, San Martín of the Virgin of Moncayo, Santa Cruz de Moncayo, Tarazona, Torrellas, Trasmoz, Vera of Moncayo and Vierlas.
